The Action Team is a professional real estate team working with Century 21 in and around Lethbridge. Jim Archer – Associate:

Jim has been calling Lethbridge and area home for over 20 years. After attending High School in the small town of Nobleford, Jim moved to Lethbridge to attend the Lethbridge Community College where he completed a diploma in Business Administration.

With over 11 years of sales, customer service, and management experience, Jim knows what it takes to meet his customer’s varied needs. He is extremely motivated, dedicated, ambitious, and energetic in everything he does. As a result, Jim has built one of the top producing teams in Lethbridge, Alberta, and Canada.

Mark Kozak - Associate:

As a Century 21 Real Estate professional, Mark is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality service possible. His personal knowledge of the Lethbridge and area Real Estate market is leveraged by the power of the Century 21 brand - the most recognized name in Real Estate today.

With over 8 years of sales and customer service experience, Mark has dedicated his career to honing his skills and knowledge base so that he is able to provide his valued clients with the information and representation they expect and deserve. Mark is the first member to join the Action Team and has been working tirelessly for his clients since.

Chelsea Wall – Unlicensed Administrative Assistant:

Chelsea has over 8 years of experience in sales and administration. She is from Lethbridge and holds a Certificate in Office Administration from Lethbridge College.

Chelsea is the heart and soul of the Action Team. She manages our files and paperwork, schedules showings for our buyers and sellers, follows up with Realtors who have shown our listings, manages our schedules, liaises with all our stakeholders including buyers and sellers, and assists us by managing the details of what we have committed to doing for our clients. Her attention to detail is second to none and her greatest pleasure is knowing that her stakeholders are completely satisfied.
